We require a puppy contract be signed & notarized prior to the puppy leaves our care, to protect both parties involved as well as the puppy. This includes a spay/neuter contract unless otherwise discussed. Also, please be aware we do require if for any reason you obtain a puppy from us and can no longer care for the puppy/dog the puppy/dog is to be returned to us at the buyers expense unless otherwise discussed. This gives us the chance to screen new families and rehome the puppy/dog so we can continue to stay in contact with all of our puppy owners. We want to know they are all safe, taken care of and never end up at an animal shelter. Sample Contract Link below.
